Our All-Inclusive Dance Membership is designed to make your dance experience smoother, simpler, and easier to manage.
Your fees are evenly spread across the year into 12 equal instalments, with one automatic payment processed every four weeks; meaning you’ll never need to think about due dates or invoices again.

Each instalment covers almost everything your dancer needs throughout the year – from weekly classes and Sparkle Season performances to the meaningful milestones, keepsakes, and magical touches that make their journey so special.

Why do you use an all-inclusive membership instead of term-based fees?
Our membership model was created with families in mind. Many activities still charge term invoices and then add extras like costumes or end-of-year participation costs later on. Instead, we’ve brought together the core parts of your child’s dance experience into one consistent, easy-to-manage fee; making everything calmer, clearer, and beautifully predictable. It creates a smooth rhythm across the year and takes the stress out of planning.
Are there any extra costs?
Your membership covers almost everything your dancer needs throughout the year, making planning simple and predictable. When joining Future Gems for the first time, a one-off joining fee applies, which includes your child’s welcome pack and some uniform items. This fee may vary depending on when you join, and you’ll always be advised of the exact amount before enrolling.
A small number of items sit outside the membership, including dance shoes, tickets to our Midyear and End-of-Year Stage Experiences, any additional uniform items you might like and any optional workshops or special events.
What if my child doesn’t want to do the end of year Stage Experience?
That’s completely okay! While performing is a magical part of our Sparkle Season, it’s only one element. Your child will still enjoy all the class-based celebrations, costume try-ons, Sparkle & Shine Week and our joyful end-of-year disco.
What happens if we go on holiday?
If you’re heading away, you have a couple of options. You’re welcome to keep your instalments running to hold your child’s place, and they can use any remaining make-up classes when you return. If you’d prefer to pause your enrolment while you’re away, just let us know – we can temporarily withdraw your child and welcome them back when you return. A small catch-up fee will apply to cover the yearly inclusions accounted for during your time away, along with a minor admin fee to reactivate your enrolment. Re-enrolment will simply depend on class availability at the time.
What if we need to stop dancing or add/drop a class?
We completely understand! We know that children grow and seasons change.
Just let us know via our Changes to Enrolment Form with 4 weeks’ notice so we can make the transition smooth for everyone.
You can add a class at any time! If mid-term, it will initially be processed as a separate direct debit, before being merged into your main membership from the next term. A small catch-up fee will apply for inclusions missed before joining the additional class. If you’d like to drop a class, we kindly ask that changes take effect from the next term where possible. This helps keep consistency in the classroom and ensures the experience remains positive for all students.
Why do you use an all-inclusive membership instead of term-based fees?
Your instalments are evenly spread across the year so payments stay consistent and manageable. This structure ensures every dancer receives at least 37 weeks of classes, along with the special events, celebrations, and surprises that are part of the season’s experience. Your first instalment will be processed on the Friday 30th January, with the last payment for 2026 being on Friday 4th December.
