WHAT'S NEW IN 2020?
We would love for your dancer to continue with their dancing journey next year as we believe continuity with something they know and love, as well as their creative and social outlet, is so important when there are big changes occurring in their lives.
We have devised a beautiful Topaz Stepping Stone Combo Dance Program that is designed to transition the little ones into the next level of their dancing adventure; whilst keeping it fun, imaginative and relaxed so they can settle into school at the same time!
These 40 minute classes - comprised of Ballet, Jazz & Mini Yoga Meditation - are the perfect stepping stone into school life, as they allow the dancers to continue with their creative movement without draining their energy. These classes run earlier in the afternoon and also have a 5 minute feedback session at the end of class, so the teachers can keep the parents updated with their dancers' progress.
We firmly believe that little dancers learn best when they are exploring, having FUN and engaging with imaginative props and dress ups. We know that our little dancers simply love twirling, singing along and being the beautiful ballerina that they are. We also know that sometimes they have lots of energy and like to run, stomp, jump through the hoops and work as a team with the parachute.
This is why we have devised a unique 40 minute combo class that encompasses all of the magical elements of Ballet, but also adds a sprinkle of Jazz & Hip Hop steps to build their gross motor skills. We finish every lesson off with a mini yoga meditation to help them calm their breath and focus on the present. Once they have received their sticker, we invite the parents in and share all the wonderful things they learnt that lesson and how they are progressing in a special 5 minute feedback session. Connecting with each dancer and their family is important to us, so we know many of you will appreciate this.
